Letting Period
The property is let for complete weeks only at the above charges.
Longer lets are available at rates to be agreed. Villa access
any time after 4:30pm. Please vacate by 9:30am on the day of departure.
Booking
A deposit of 25% of the total rent charge is payable on booking.
The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by post or email.

Payment via Bank Transfer is welcomed- please ask for details.

Refundable Bond
This is £50 per week against Breakages, Damage or any additional Cleaning Charges
incurred. It is payable with the balance of your payment 8 weeks prior to departure.
It is returned to you one week after the end of your holiday.
In the event of cancellation it is always refunded.
Insurance
It is always advisable to take out insurance against cancellation, accident or loss.
